Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RevIgnite, LLC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Description of Services
RevIgnite, LLC provides digital marketing services including advertising campaign management, SEO, social media marketing, and related consulting.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to comply with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platforms used as part of service delivery.
Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and materials created by RevIgnite, LLC in connection with your services remain the property of RevIgnite, LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, deliverables transfer to you as specified in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
RevIgnite, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the performance of third-party platforms. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services as specified in the applicable service agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Yorktown, Virginia.
