This policy covers what happens to your information when you visit revignite.io, fill out a form, or book a call with us. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

RevIgnite is a digital marketing agency based in Yorktown, Virginia. This policy applies to visitors of revignite.io and to people who contact us through this website.
It does not cover data we handle on behalf of our clients. When we run campaigns, manage a CRM, or process leads for a client, that client decides how the data is used and their own privacy policy governs it. In those cases we act as a service provider under a separate agreement with that client.
Our contact form and booking calendar ask for your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, website, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. Every one of those fields except the website and the notes is required to submit the form.
When you book a call, we also receive the date and time you selected and your time zone.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information through this website. Please do not put health details, financial account numbers, or government identifiers in the notes field.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
A short list, because we keep the stack small on purpose.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If our business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site performs, loaded through a Google tag on every page. It sets cookies that record your visit, the pages you open, and where you arrived from. Google LLC acts as our data processor for this under Google’s data processing terms, and Google retains analytics data for 14 months by default.
We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs as the basis for this. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Google. Anything you type into a form stays out of analytics.
This site does not currently show a cookie banner, so analytics loads when the page does. If you would rather it did not, the opt out below works on every site you visit, not just this one.
You can turn this off. Your browser settings will let you block or delete cookies, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site you visit. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one.
Blocking cookies will not stop you reading anything here or submitting a form.
Our form includes a consent checkbox. It is unchecked when the page loads and you have to tick it yourself. By ticking it and giving us your phone number, you agree that RevIgnite may contact you by text message and by phone about your enquiry.
We keep a dated record of the consent you gave, including the wording you agreed to, so we can show what was agreed and when.
Marketing emails from us carry an unsubscribe link in the footer. Click it and you are off the list. We will still send transactional messages you asked for, such as a booking confirmation.
Whatever state you live in, we will honour these requests. We would rather do that than argue about whether a statutory threshold applies to us.
To make a request, use our contact page and tell us which right you are exercising. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, which usually means confirming details you already gave us. Exercising any of these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, note that we do not target those markets. If you contact us from there anyway, you have the same rights listed above, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
The site runs over HTTPS, access to our CRM is restricted to people who need it, and accounts require multi factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure and we are not going to claim otherwise. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
This site is meant for business owners and operators. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged clearly rather than slipped in quietly.
