The challenge
A regional audiology group with 15+ locations was generating 9 booked appointments per month from paid media. They’d been with a previous agency for 18 months with no material improvement. Cost per booked appointment was $410. The operations team had one person handling all lead follow-up and was missing 40% of inbound leads due to response lag.
What we did
Rebuilt the Google Ads structure from scratch — campaign architecture, match types, landing pages. Deployed an AI lead agent to respond to every inbound lead within 30 seconds. The agent qualified prospects, answered initial questions, and booked directly into the practice calendar. New campaigns went live in 11 days.

“We were burning $15K a month with another agency and getting maybe 8–10 leads. RevIgnite restructured everything in 3 weeks. We hit 34 qualified leads in month one.”
The challenge
This industrial NDT manufacturer was a ghost on Google when we took them on in spring 2021. A high-profile algorithmic correction half a decade earlier had decimated their organic footprint. Four years of inaction had cemented the loss. The site that once drove the bulk of their industrial buyer inquiries had been functionally invisible for so long that the assumption inside the business was that organic search was no longer a viable channel.
What we did
The SEO equivalent of restoring a building from a compromised foundation. We cleared the toxic backlink profile, reconstructed the on-page architecture from the product catalog up, and earned new authority from publications and industry bodies that actually mattered to the buyers our client wanted to reach. None of it showed up in the first six months. Most of it did not show up in the first year. By year three, the trajectory became undeniable.

The challenge
A regional HVAC company spending $8K/month on Google Ads with zero conversion tracking. They knew leads were coming in but had no visibility into which campaigns, keywords, or ads were driving booked jobs. The office was handling follow-up manually and an estimated 35% of web leads were never called back same-day.
What we did
Installed full conversion tracking (form + call + booking events). Rebuilt the campaign structure based on actual data — cut three underperforming campaigns, reallocated budget to the two driving 80% of booked jobs. Deployed AI follow-up for web leads. Rebuilt the landing pages with localized copy and specific CTAs per service.

“We had no idea what we were paying for. RevIgnite showed us in the first week that two campaigns were driving everything and the other three were just burning money. We haven’t increased ad spend since and revenue is up 3x.”
The situation
Inspire Salon had years of organic search history on saloninspire.com — an estimated 616 organic visits a month at its peak. A bad ownership transfer locked them out of the domain overnight. Zero keywords ranking, zero traffic, and 787 backlinks pointing at an address they no longer controlled.
What we did
301 permanent redirect from the dead domain to the new one. That preserved the link equity from all 787 backlinks from day one. Most agencies let the old domain lapse and absorb the full loss. We did not do that.
Rebuilt on inspiresalonstl.com with a sharper geographic strategy: stop competing for broad St. Louis terms and own Lake St. Louis instead. Service pages, schema markup, citation campaign, technical fixes — mobile, page speed, SSL, and two broken booking forms.

The situation
My Bath LLC is a bath remodeling company serving Pittsburgh and Butler, PA. Traffic was falling before we took over. The site had content but nothing behind it. No technical fixes, no citation signals, no on-page optimization. They came on May 4, 2026 with no AI search presence on any platform.
What we did
Built the technical foundation first. Cleaned up on-page signals, launched a citation campaign targeting Pittsburgh and Butler PA, and optimized the three service pages that drive booked jobs: Walk-in Shower Installations, Full Bathroom Remodels, and Shower Replacement.
We mapped the AI search landscape in parallel. Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google AI Mode are where buyers now go before calling a contractor. By 90 days, My Bath ranked first on all five. The queries that book jobs and the queries My Bath owns are the same list.
